Because of our manufacturing shutdown, and because of a skeleton delivery network operating over the Christmas period, we will be closing on Friday December 21st. The LAST day we will ship orders from our warehouse to get to you by Christmas is Wednesday December 19th. Please make sure that any orders you place are received by us no later than 12pm. After this time we cannot guarantee that your order will be shipped.
We will be returning to the office on Thursday January 3rd. Due to the expected backlog of orders over Christmas we do not expect any orders to arrive with you until early the following week. This means there is a period of nearly 3 weeks at the start of the new year where we cannot guarantee you will receive your order when you hope to.
Please keep this in mind when planning any work over Christmas and New Year.
Also, our manufacturing facility in Greece will be shutting down for the Christmas break from 21st December to 2nd of January. This means that we will be unlikely to be able to get hold of any new stock until the beginning of February. We’ve put plans in place to make sure our own stock levels are sufficiently high to make sure that any disruption to you is minimised. That said, we cannot guarantee that any specific product will be in stock.
However, if you have any large jobs that you know will be starting before February, please let us know. This will help us to allocate stock accordingly and keep our supply levels right. If you have any other big jobs starting in February please let us know by December 5th. We can order the manufacture of extra materials so that you receive them when you need them.
If you have any problems or concerns then please do get in touch.
